Benson Estate Sales — SMS Verification Terms
What you're signing up for. When you register to shop or check out at a Benson Estate Sales event and enter your mobile number, we send you a one-time verification code by text to confirm your identity. This is a transactional (verification) message and may include marketing. Benson Estate Sales does not sell or share your information.
Message frequency. You'll receive a verification code only when you request one (typically once per registration or checkout).
Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at contact@bensonestatesales.com.
How to opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You may still be able to verify by email instead.
How consent is collected. We only text your number after you enter it yourself in our online registration form and submit it to request a code. We do not text numbers we obtain any other way.
Your privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are used only to send verification codes and to maintain our shopper records.
Marketing (separate). We may send promotional texts (sale announcements, auction alerts) under this program. If we offer those in the future, they will require a separate, explicit opt-in.
Estate-sale shoppers register on our website and enter their phone number to receive a one-time verification code that confirms their identity for in-person self-checkout. A code is sent only after the shopper submits their own number in our registration form.
Emails provided agree to receive estate sale notices and information from Benson Estate Sales. Send an email with the email address requesting an opt-out of future mailings to contact@bensonestatesales.com.
