Benson Estate Sales sells a wide variety of items, including furniture, appliances, antiques, collectibles, jewelry, art, and household items. We also sell vehicles, boats, and other large items if they are included in the estate.
This is a liquidation sale. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to inspect, verify, and validate items for authenticity, accuracy, and condition. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS and all sales are final. All items are sold with no guarantees of any kind, with all faults, imperfections and errors of description, regardless of statement of condition in the description, title, or discussion. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and their own knowledge. Benson Estate Sales does not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind.
